WORK TERMS & CONDITIONS:

By agreeing to Global Presence Enterprise LLC. (GPE) and all it's DBA's and subsidiaries, inlcuding but not limited to Global Presence Solution (GPE) terms, I certify that all of the information contained in this application is true and complete. I understand that any misrepresentations or false information that I provide, either in this employment application or at any other time during the application and hiring process, may result in the disqualification of my application for employment or, if I am hired, in the immediate termination of employment at any point in the future.

I understand and agree that this employment application does not guarantee employment on any terms. I further understand and agree that, if I am hired, it will be on a strictly at-will basis, meaning that just as I am free to resign at any time. GPE/GPS has the right to terminate my employment at any time, with or without cause or prior notice. No implied oral or written agreements contrary to this at-will employment basis are valid unless they are in writing and signed by the President of GPE/GPS.

I understand that GPE/GPS may seek to verify any or all information listed above or otherwise provided by me during the application and hiring process. I hereby expressly authorize GPE/GPS to verify that information, without further notice to or consent by me, and I authorize prior employers and others from whom such verification is sought to release relevant information about me. I further authorize GPE/GPS to investigate all references and secure additional information about me. I hereby release from liability GPE/GPS and its representatives for seeking such information and all other persons, corporations or organizations for furnishing such information.

Employment Title, Scheduling & Terms
I understand that if selected, I will become a Customer Service Professional "CSP" whom represents GPS. I will choose my own schedule with the agreement that I will select the required 15+ hours a week unless notifying GPS of any time off with a two week written prior notice. I will operate as an Independent Contractor Employee of Global Presence Enterprise LLC\Global Presence Solutions and am responsible to manage all my taxes and seek any professional help needed.

Employment in US Only
I understand that I will be required to provide all services from a physical location within the United States, unless otherwise agreed to by Global Presence Enterprise LLC.\DBA Global Presence Solutions in writing. GPE/GPS. is not accepting services from any other locations at this time.

Employment Background Check
I understand that Global Presence Enterprise LLC. requires that I, and any other Customer Service Professionals working Global Presence Enterprise LLC.\DBA Global Presence Solutions accounts, pass a criminal background check.
